Brenna was born and raised in San Diego, California. She made Colorado her home on Winter Solstice in 2017 and has been helping the northern Colorado community obtain optimal health for 7 years. She is a lifelong learner and has a deep passion for helping people live their most optimal lives with empowering each and every patient in the human body’s ability to heal. She obtains results for her patients with education, empowerment, and evolving healthcare with every single treatment. Brenna truly enjoys watching her patients get their life back after believing they have no other options to heal. She believes doctors and practitioners alike are to be a catalyst in individual healing, and should educate each patient on how to live their best life according to science and intuition, true integration! She believes in the power of education and proper treatment plans to help evolve the human body into an organism that will no longer get sick. She is driven, compassionate, and an expert practitioner in helping the human body, mind, and spirit to obtain optimal health and vitality. Brenna is compelled to be a part of the integration of modern medicine, and enjoys working with medical doctors, physician’s assistants, functional medicine doctors, and internists in the Colorado area. In her free time, she spends time in the mountains with her  furry companion's Kalani Grace and Rocky Balboa. She religiously studies medicine from an integrative point of view, with a focus on innovation of treatment to give her patients an opportunity to thrive in life.

Megan was raised in the prairies of Kansas, and though it will always hold a special place in her heart, Colorado has been her home for nearly 20 years now. Before discovering Eastern Medicine, Megan worked in Western Medicine offices, where she witnessed how most patients are often offered medications or surgery. While these are important options, she felt there must be more— a way to care for the person as a whole. And so, her journey in Complementary Medicine began in 2006. She obtained a certificate as an Energy Therapy Practitioner and then earned a Master of Science in Eastern Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College.

In the next 15 years, Megan provided over 14,000 treatments and became known for her gentle techniques and compassionate presence. She works with patients on a wide range of issues, from sleep and digestion to stress and pain, utilizing acupuncture, cupping, guasha, herbal formulas, sound, and frequencies. She is committed to continued growth and learning as a professional and spiritual being. From 2020 to 2024, she obtained additional certifications in Microneedling Facial Rejuvenation and Esoteric Acupuncture, which are quickly becoming her favorite modalities. She is passionate about empowering her patients to unlock the healing potential of their bodies, helping them become more balanced and beautiful, inside and out.

When she’s not seeing patients, Megan’s life is filled with the beautiful chaos of raising three children and sharing travel adventures with her fiancé. In these moments, she practices living with intention—whether it’s through connecting with nature during trips or taking mindful pauses to stay present with her loved ones. Megan brings this philosophy of mindful living into her work, encouraging patients to explore and embrace new healing pathways, unlocking their full potential for balance and wellness. She believes in fostering self-compassion and kindness, both in her own life and through the care she offers others.
